Affinity Re-Opening Information

Following the recent announcement regarding the easing of the lock down restrictions the centre will be opening from June 15th* although the centre will look a little different.

We have introduced a number of measures to keep all visiting and working in the centre as safe as possible. Below are details of the some of the changes we have made and how we are asking you as our customers to help.

We are opening 10am-6pm Monday – Saturday and 11am-5pm Sundays.

During this first phase of reopening you may find some of stores are not open immediately, if you are making a special visit for a particular retailer please that store ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment. All store contact numbers can be found here https://bit.ly/storenumbers

We have implemented a one way system at the entrance/exit with hand sanitiser stations and information posters. Please use these hand sanitiser stations, and those around the centre, to maintain good hand hygiene. We ask face covering’s are worn during your time shopping with us, there is a bin available as you exit the centre, in addition to those around the malls, to dispose of these as required.

We have closed all childrens play equipment and rides in line with government guidelines and removed most seating to discourage groups gathering. The remaining seating is for those who are infirm and need to rest briefly before moving on and ask social distancing is maintained during these short periods of rest.

We have limited numbers of public toilets available adjacent to the entrance. These are deep cleaned daily and checked each hour. You will find alternate sinks and cubicle’s closed and markers on the floor outside please utilise these and respect the social distancing rules.

Each store will be operating their own social distancing measures which will include limiting the number of people inside each unit. If you arrive and a store is full please queue outside the store on the markers provided. In order to maintain social distancing we may have to restrict the length of the queues. Please be patient if this happens, all measures are for the safety of all on the centre.

Your shopping experience with us will be different than before and is likely to remain this way for period of time. As we move through the reopening we will take all lessons learned and feedback and will adjust our measures where appropriate, whilst working to the government guidelines and maintaining the safety of all visiting and working at Affinity Lancashire.

Keep an eye on our social media accounts for more details as we move through this phase of re-opening.

Thank you for your continued support during this time.

Keep smiling and keep your distance
