Everything You Need to Know Ahead of the Centre Re-Opening

Following the Government’s announcement that all non-essential retail can reopen, Affinity Lancashire will be reopening on Wednesday 2nd December.
We are currently working to implement extra safety measures around the centre to ensure a safe environment for our visitors and staff.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all our customers for their continued support throughout these uncertain times and we ask you continue to play your part in keeping our community safe as we maintain a safe shopping experience for you all over this festive period.
To ensure the safety of everyone we have adapted the following measures;
- One-way entrance and exit
- Hand sanitiser throughout the centre
- Hourly cleaning of touch points
- Limited numbers in stores with designated queueing systems

- How does tier 3 affect my shopping experience at Affinity Lancashire?
Following the announcement of the new tier 3 restrictions in the area, your shopping experience will not be impacted at the centre. In accordance with government guidelines, all non-essential retail will be open and trading as normal, creating no impact on your experience here at Affinity Lancashire.
- What are the centre opening hours?
The centre opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm
Sunday 11am – 5pm
Our Christmas opening hours will be released on Thursday 3rd December, please keep an eye on our website and social media.
- Do I have to keep my face covering on when out on the centre?
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in all indoor settings including our stores unless exempt, however you are not required to wear your covering when outside, although advised.
- Will there be any events on in December?
Unfortunately, due to the growing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and local lockdowns, we have been unable to book any Christmas events including a Santa’s Grotto. Although we are hugely disappointed, we must ensure our customers safety is our upmost priority, therefore events have been postponed until 2021.
