Everything You Need To Know Ahead of the Centre Reopening

Following the Governments latest announcement introducing the easing of lockdown restrictions, all non-essential retail at Affinity Lancashire will reopen on Monday 12th April.

It is our upmost priority to ensure a safe shopping experience for our customers whilst ensuring the safety of our staff, visitors and community. We thank all our customers for your continuous efforts and we ask you continue following government advice upon your return to Affinity Lancashire.

To ensure the safety of everyone we have adapted the following measures;

  • One way entrance and exit
  • Hand sanitiser throughout the centre
  • Hourly cleaning of touch points
  • Limited numbers in stores with designated queueing systems

 

Customer Guidance 

When visiting our Centre, we advise customers to:

  • Keep your distance
  • Use contactless where possible
  • Scan our Track & Trace QR codes around the Centre
  • Wear your face covering at all times (unless you are exempt)
  • Sanitise your hands as you enter the Centre and relevant stores

 

FAQs

Have the opening hours changed?

The centre will be open Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm, however a small number of stores will trading at slightly reduced hours during the phased reopening. For any store specific opening times please contact them directly > https://affinityoutlets.com/lancashire/stores/

 

Do I have to keep my face covering on when out on the centre?

No, it isn’t mandatory to wear any coverings outdoors, only inside stores. Government guidelines states that you must wear a face covering immediately before entering any of these settings and must keep it on until you leave unless you are exempt.

 

Will the food outlets be reopening?

All food outlets will be reopening on Monday 12th April and will be offering takeaway and outdoor seating ONLY.

 

Are your toilets open?

We have limited numbers of public toilets available adjacent to the entrance, with the toilets next to Sports Direct remaining closed until further notice. These are deep cleaned daily and checked each hour. You will find alternate sinks and cubicle’s closed and markers on the floor outside please utilise these and respect the social distancing rules
