In line with the government’s latest guidance, as of Friday 24th July it is mandatory to wear face coverings in stores and supermarkets in England.
Measures can be taken if people do not comply with this law without a valid exemption. If police are patrolling the site and you are not wearing a face covering you could face a fine of up to £100.

Do I have to keep my face covering on when out on the centre?
No, it isn’t mandatory to wear any coverings outdoors, only inside stores. Government guidelines states that you must wear a face covering immediately before entering any of these settings and must keep it on until you leave unless you are exempt.
What if i have forgotten my mask?
If you have forgotten your mask…don’t panic! On arrival, please report to our security office where a member of our team will be able to provide you with a mask we do ask for a small donation for Blue Skies; The charity for Blackpool Teaching Hospitals. (Subject to availbility)

Do I have to wear my face covering in food outlets?
It is mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting for takeaway purposes, however you aren’t required to wear a face covering when sitting in.
