As a retail store manager, you will be representing the store at the highest level and your duties will include:
• Full responsibility to drive store sales to meet targets every day
• Organising staff and creating the monthly rota
• Motivating your team to achieve targets every day.
• Ensuring high standards to maximise profitability and meet KPI’s.
• Maintaining in store stock control, stock count and store payroll
• Full responsibility for all cash handling
• Delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service to all our customers
• 3-5 Years’ management experience within a fashion retail store and customer service environment
• Must be creative minded and have a genuine passion for fashion Retail
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Can work independent, proactive and as part of a high efficient small team
• Strong coaching and development skills in order to establish a high performing team
• Enthusiastic, driven and motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Computer literate
