Affinity Staffordshire Tier 5 Update

Following the latest PM’s announcement, our Centre will be operating in Tier 5 from the 5th January 2021.

So, what does this mean?

Stores

Only essential businesses will be open during these times.

Stores including: Home Bargains, Holland & Barrett and Well Pharmacy will remain open.

Click & Collect services are also available at Next Outlet while Costa continue serving take-outs.

These stores may operate differently than Centre opening times, so we suggest you visit our store page here for individual opening hours.

Stores will be monitoring footfall accordingly and therefore, will limit the number of people allowed in the store at any one time.

Please be aware that there may be queuing systems put in place when you arrive.

Facilities

Facilities including the public toilets, soft play area and children’s rides will not be available to use.

Safety Measures

The following safety measures have been put in place at our Centre:

Thorough cleaning regimes.

Social distancing markers.

One way system (please abide to this where possible).

Sanitising stations are available around the mall and in stores.

Store capacity limitations and queueing systems have been put in place.

Some areas of the Centre may be blocked off to discourage visitors from walking further than necessary.

Customer guidance

When visiting our Centre, we advise customers to do the following:.

Keep your distance.

Use contactless where possible.

Scan our Track & Trace QR codes around the Centre.

Wear your face covering at all times (unless you are exempt).

Sanitise your hands as you enter the Centre and relevant stores.

Use the sanitising equipment provided to you for baskets and trolleys.

Stay local, shop local. If you are a customer who is in a different Tier, we advise that you do not visit our Centre unless absolutely necessary!
