COVID-19 Update: Re-opening of Affinity Staffordshire

In coherence with Government guidelines, Affinity Staffordshire are working towards creating a safe, shopping environment for all of our visitors and staff, and have been recognised as ‘Good to Go’ by Visit England, the National Tourist Board of England.

In light of recent events, only essential businesses and selected eateries and click and collect stores will remain open. 

 We advise those that are travelling to adhere to their local Covid-19 guidelines accordingly. If you are local, you can still visit the Centre providing you are keeping within your social bubble. We advise to sign in to our Centre, stores and cafes via our QR codes placed around the mall. This can be done by using the NHS Covid-19 app which is free to download from the app store.   

Aside from our existing cleaning regimes, a number of additional measures have been introduced to keep all visiting and working in the centre as safe as possible.

Opening times

Monday – Sat: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 11am – 5pm.

Stores

The following essential stores are open: Home Bargains, Well Pharmacy and Holland & Barrett.

The following Click & Collect services will be available at Next Outlet and The Fragrance Shop.

Please note that the following stores/cafes may open/closer earlier than our Centre hours.
If you are making a special visit for a particular retailer, please contact that store ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.

Face Coverings

In line with the Government’s latest guidelines, it is mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting our centre and stores.
Exceptions apply to children under the age of 11 and to those who can prove they’re medically exempt.

Centre guidelines

At the Centre, we have implemented an exit and entrance system with floor markers, hand sanitiser stations and information posters.

We kindly ask all visitors and staff to please follow these simple guidelines and use the hand sanitiser stations provided around the centre to practice good hygiene.

As part of the Government’s latest measure, we advice all customers to please sign into our Centre, stores and eateries using the QR codes on the designated Test and Trace posters located around the site.

                                  

Chill & Relax Area & Public Toilets

To coincide with Government guidelines,  the soft play and activity area on the upper level of the mall will remain closed. The public toilets will also be remained closed during these times.
