In coherence with Government guidelines, Affinity Staffordshire are working towards creating a safe, shopping environment for all of our visitors and staff, and have been recognised as ‘Good to Go’ by Visit England, the National Tourist Board of England.
In light of recent events, we are asking all visitors and staff members to please be mindful when visiting/working at our Centre, and adhere to the guidelines implemented. At the moment, Affinity Staffordshire remains open and is classified as Tier 1 – a medium Covid risk level. We advise those that are travelling to adhere to their local Covid-19 guidelines accordingly.
Aside from our existing cleaning regimes, a number of additional measures have been introduced to keep all visiting and working in the centre as safe as possible.
Monday – Wed: 10am – 6pm
Thursday: 10am – 8pm
Fri – Sat 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 11am – 5pm.
Please note that this may be subject to change. Some stores open/closer earlier than our Centre hours.
If you are making a special visit for a particular retailer, please contact that store ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.

Each store will be operate their own Coronavirus procedure in accordance to Government guidelines including face coverings, sanitising regimes, PPE and limiting the number of people inside each unit.
If you arrive and a store is full, please queue outside the store on the markers provided to help us maintain social distancing. To further maintain social distancing, we may have to restrict the length of the queues. Please be patient if this happens as all measures are for the safety of all in the centre.
In line with the Government’s latest guidelines, it is mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting our centre. We understand that these guidelines can be slightly confusing for both our staff and visitors, so to help put your mind at ease, we’ve answered a few of your FAQs.
At the Centre, we have implemented an exit and entrance system with floor markers, hand sanitiser stations and information posters.
We kindly ask all visitors and staff to please follow these simple guidelines and use the hand sanitiser stations provided around the centre to practice good hygiene.
As part of the Government’s latest measure, we advice all customers to please sign into our Centre, stores and eateries using the QR codes on the designated Test and Trace posters located around the site.
To coincide with Government guidelines, the soft play and activity area on the upper level of the mall will remain closed.
Children’s rides are now available for customers to use and accept contactless payments.
Both the public toilets and baby changing facilities will remain open. These are deep cleaned daily and checked each hour.
The public toilets do have a limited number of public toilets available. You will find that alternate sinks and cubicles will remain out of order to encourage social distancing. Please utilise these where appropriate and respect the social distancing measures put in place.
