Affinity Staffordshire is continuing to monitor the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and is actively working to coincide with Government guidelines. Both the Centre and the stores will be taking precautionary measures to protect the health, safety and welfare of our customers, staff and businesses. We encourage all visitors and staff to also follow the Government’s/NHS’s guidelines and to practice good hygiene to minimise the spread of this virus.
Some stores maybe operating slightly different than our usual practise including closing for short periods of time for lunches and breaks. Although this is not common across the centre we ask for your patience and understanding.
Please see the recent changes below. This web page will be updated as and when necessary. For more frequent updates, you can follow us on social media or look out for our mailer.

Late Night Shopping
For the next four weeks, Affinity Staffordshire will temporarily suspend late night shopping until further notice. Thursday shopping hours will now be 10am – 6pm.
Chill & Relax Area
From the 20th March, our Chill & Relax area, located on the upper level of the mall, will be temporarily closed until further notice to coincided with Government guidelines.
The public WC’s will not be available to our visitors due to the limited Centre operating procedures at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
What stores are open?
As prompted by the Government’s response to COVID-19, all non-essential stores will be closed, however the majority are accepting online orders. Well Pharmacy, Home Bargains and Holland & Barrett will be open to those who need it.
Extra measures have been taken to contain the risk of the virus. Please note the following opening times:
Mon-Fri: 2pm – 6pm
Sat: 9am – 1pm
Holland & Barrett
Mon – Sat: 10am – 4pm
Mon – Sat: 9am- 6pm
Sun: 11am – 5pm
To ensure customers get the products they need, Home Bargains will be limiting the maximum number you can buy of some items, and are prioritising the first hour of opening for vulnerable customers. Please can all non-vulnerable customers not shop during the first hour of opening.
There is a strict queuing system put in place. We ask all visitors to follow the queuing system and keep 2 metres apart at all times.
Only the Home Bargains entrance will be open. Certain areas of the mall will be contained to avoid risk of contamination.
Our security and cleaning teams are working around the clock to keep our Centre in safe, working order. Because of this, we urge all customers to respect the measures put in place to help us maintain a safe shopping environment for both our staff and visitors.
We would like to take this time to thank each and every hard-working member of staff who has continued to work through these tough times. We simply ask all customers to shop in a calm and respectful manner, follow the Government guidelines at all times, stay safe and remain positive.
Thank you for your patience, understand and compliance.
