Meet your Primary Care Network this January

Do you have any burning questions?

Intrigued to know how your Primary Care Network can help?

Do you even know who your Primary Care Network is, perhaps?

Well now’s a good time to find out as on the 30th of January, between 10am – 3pm, your local Primary Care Network will be at our Centre to help.

To kick start the year, Newcastle North Primary Care Network (PCN), along with various health, social care and voluntary organisations, will be offering visitors at Affinity Staffordshire free healthcare advice. From CPR demonstrations to Atrial Fibrillation (AF) screening, this event aims to answer most of your questions.

Best of all, there’s even a chance to win a free 12 week gym pass or a free 12 week introduction to Slimming World or Weight Watchers!

So make Thursday your tick off your health and well-being list.
